Exporting, or extracting QSL data from these websites into other databases is expressly prohibited as is the reselling of QSL information. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names in this site are the marks of the respective owner(s), and any unauthorised use thereof is strictly prohibited. QSL Ltd shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. QSL Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of any the content provided, or as to the fitness of the information for any purpose. Users may download and print extracts of content from this website for their own personal and non-commercial use only. Re-publication or re-distribution of QSL content is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of QSL Ltd.

Contract Terms

Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, you are deemed to have entered into a contract with QSL Ltd when you have a) completed and submitted your details in the subscription form provided on this website and b) you have confirmed your subscription order by clicking on the confirmation link in the email we will send to you following receipt of your details in a). We will provide the data services (as advertised on this website) ordered by you as part of your chosen subscription option via personalised access to a secure area of our website using a unique user-name and password. By submitting a completed subscription you agree that you have the authority to purchase said subscription on behalf of your company or employer. Should it be subsequently proven you do not have authority to act on behalf of the company, you agree that you are personally liable for the subsciption fee. Payment terms : if you have opted for the "invoice me" payment option you are agreeing to our payment terms of 14 days nett invoice. This contract is made under English Law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Subscription Period and Cancellation Policy

Initial subscription period (six or twelve months) will be that period chosen by you when completing your subscription details on this website (www.qsl-tenders.co.uk). Subscription orders with QSL Ltd renew automatically at the end of any nominated subscription period unless we receive written cancellation before the finish of said subscription period. Cancellation must be made in writing using the online cancellation system on this website. This system will provide you with a date & time stamped receipt for your cancellation request. It is available 24 / 7 for your convenience.To cancel login as normal using your user name and password, go to Download Centre, then click on the link beside Your Account and then click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation must be received by us by the final day of any current subscription period to prevent your subscription being renewed automatically and a new subscription fee being incurred. If you choose to cancel in writing by any other means you do so entirely at your own risk as we cannot be held responsible for cancellations not received or received after the subscription finish date. In such circumstances you are still liable for the full subscription fee. Should you decide to cancel we will continue to provide the goods and services to which you are entitled for the remainder of your subscription period. We cannot provide refunds for unused months of subscription. However, we will transfer the remaining Service to another individual within the subscriber's company, if requested, if for example the original subscriber has left the company.

Credit card refund policy

On credit card purchases QSL Ltd will provide a full refund on cancellations received within seven days from the date and time of purchase. Cancellations must be received in writing from the named subscriber. Refund policy does not apply to subscribers who have already received a free trial period.
