Exporting, or extracting data from these websites into other databases is expressly prohibited as is the reselling of QSL information. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names in this site are the marks of the respective owner(s), and any unauthorised use thereof is strictly prohibited. All Web site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Web site are copyright QSL Ltd and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers. QSL Ltd shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. QSL Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of any of the content provided, or as to the fitness of the information for any purpose. Any reference to a linked site or any specific third party product or service by name does not constitute or imply its endorsement by us, and you assume all risk with respect to its use. Data Protection & Policy

Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. The personal information gathered from your subscription details is used for invoicing, further communication relating to invoicing (where necessary), issuing user names and passwords, and the occasional despatch of information to further inform you of services provided by QSL Ltd which we believe may be of interest to you.

Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy

We will provide the data services (as advertised on the www.qsl-tenders.co.uk website) ordered by you as part of your chosen subscription option via personalised access to a secure area of our website using a unique user-name and password. By confirming your completed subscription online during your first login (including those with FREE Trial period) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are ordering your subscription on behalf of a business you also confirm that you have the authority to purchase said subscription on behalf of your company, or employer, and understand that your company, or employer, is responsible for payment of the subscription fee in full. Subscription period will be that period chosen by you when completing your subscription details on the www.qsl-tenders.co.uk website. Subscription orders with QSL Ltd renew automatically at the end of any nominated subscription period unless we receive cancellation (using method described below) before the finish of said subscription period

Cancellation must be made using the online cancellation system on the www.qsl-tenders.co.uk website. This system will provide you with a date and time stamped receipt for your cancellation request. Online cancellation can be accessed within your personal My Account area (click on My Membership then My Subscription). It is available 24 / 7 for your convenience. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. If you do not cancel within the advertised free trial period then you are liable for the full subscription fee. Please note, if your credit card fails during the subscription payment process and we do not receive payment from an alternative credit card we reserve the right to issue an invoice to you for the full subscription fee.

Early cancellation : If you do not wish to receive the full subscription period, you may instead elect to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the subscription fee plus the amount due for all services received to date of settlement, calculated using the appropriate day rate for the service. If you choose early cancellation you acknowledge and agree that should payment of the agreed settlement fee not be made in full within 14 days of the offer then we (QSL Ltd) reserve the right to withdraw the offer and demand payment of the full subscription fee. Please note : Early cancellation is only available on subscriptions with Free Trial Offer and therein on cancellations received up to a maximum of 28 days following the expiry of the Trial period.

A Contract Award Notice reports which company has won a previously published tender. Many subscribers like to receive Contract Award Notices because of the excellent subcontract opportunities they provide via the main contractor (ie the company which has won the tender).

Receive alerts whenever a new tender is added which contains your keyword(s) in the main text of the document.

NOTE: This option can result in an increased number of alerts so it is recommended you only include the most relevant keywords and phrases.

The Free Trial is expensive to provide. However, we understand your need to evaluate the tender information we provide. By making the Free Trial part of a subscription package we ensure the Trial is used only by those genuinely interested in the Service we provide.

If our Service does not meet your business needs just cancel anytime during your Trial period and we guarantee you will not incur a subscription fee. Your Trial will be completely FREE.

Online cancellation is available 24/7 and you will be provided with a printable receipt.

There are several tools and tips you can use to enjoy even more tender opportunities.

Make sure you have all possible tender categories relevant to the products / services supplied by your business. You can check your existing categories here and add more if necessary.
Use the keyword search facility in Advanced Search regularly. Many products / services appear within larger projects in addition to having their own tender categories. For example "doors" and "fire extinguishers" often appear within construction projects. In these situations you would typically request to tender (or quote) with the successful main contractor (which you'll find in the Contract Award Notice) rather than the organisation behind the original tender.
Consider having "Contract Awards" switched on in your Account (by default it is switched off). Using the example above, if you have found a tender notice which includes your product / service in the tender description then add it to My Favourite Tenders. You will then be notified when the contract has been awarded and can approach the main contractor.
Use the My Favourite Tenders facility. Whenever you open a tender document you will see (on the right) a panel featuring a gold star. Clicking Add within this panel means you will be notified instantly if any updates are published relating to this tender.
